Childcare Training Opportunities
Perth and Kinross Childcare Strategy organises a series of
Continuing Professional Development opportunities which are
available to anyone working with children, including
volunteers.
Training Bulletin April 2010
See the attached bulletin for details of core
training courses being offered until March
2011 including Child Protection Sessions 1 and 2, Baby and
Child First Aid, Food Hygiene, Infection Control, Asthma &
Epi Pen, Risk Assessment and First Aid at Work
Booking
Courses should be booked through the Childcare Strategy Team,
based at the Community Wing, Perth Grammar School, Gowans Terrace,
Perth PH1 5AZ, tel 01738 472350, email childcare@pkc.gov.uk
Provisional bookings can be made by phone or e-mail but all
applications for courses must be made on form CC1R - see
attached. Closing date for applications is two weeks before
the course.
You should receive confirmation of your place at least one week
before the date of the session.

including full name, contact telephone
number and childcare setting.
